In case delivery packages gets returned back to us due to incomplete or wrong address or unclaimed or refused delivery, the customer is subject to pay 150 INR fee for restocking on the merchandise plus the actual shipping charges incurred by our firm to send and return back the shipment.
In case the product you have order is received in damage condition or it is not is good condition or having manufacturing defect or is totally different than you have order. We requesting you to kindly report all the problems to us by email within 24 hours of receipt of the product. In case the product will not be repairable we will send replacement at free shipping. You must have to return the product within 7 working days of confirmation from our end; you must have to pack it in original packing and in original condition. You have to send invoice of order along with packaging. It should not be worn, washed, used or altered product.
If order place from outside of India, all the shipping cost will be bear by the customer like sending back to India and receiving it back.
Before accepting the package from courier agency we strongly request you to verify the items quality and quantity with invoice. If you found that packing is damaged or tampered either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after mentioning suitable remark on the POD (Proof of delivery) along with this kindly complain with local courier office.
