Our company will send you email or whatsapp or a SMS regarding tracking numbers and website of the courier company once packed goods are handover to corresponding Courier Company.
Import duties, Customs or Duty fees, VAT/Customer duties and other taxes, rules & regulation applicable by government and that are beyond our control & vary from country to country so it must be paid directly by the buyers.
Courier companies may charge some additional service charges (as per their policy) above customer duty and they vary from case to case.
Our website provide the shipment time around 3 working days. This is indicative and approximate numbers of days for shipment whereas in case of situation beyond our control delay may occur. Therefore we are not liable for any delay in ordered good’s delivery. So we appeals our website user that no refund, replacement or exchange of the product may happen on these ground.
